5. ISA, our virtual assistant

atravioai.com may include a virtual assistant called ISA to guide visitors through ATRAVIO's services.

When you interact with ISA, you may choose to share information about your business, type of project, and needs through a diagnostic questionnaire. This information is used only to identify the right service level and, with your express permission, to continue helping you on WhatsApp.

ISA does not send any information to WhatsApp or any other channel unless you clearly authorize it. To exercise your rights over the data collected while using ISA, write to us at [email protected].

6. Use of artificial intelligence tools

ATRAVIO uses third-party artificial intelligence tools —including Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI)— as a core part of its production process to develop the copy, design, and code of each project.

What this means for your data: The materials, text, and project information you share with us may be processed through these platforms to build your deliverable. These services run under their own privacy policies and may process information on servers outside Mexico.

By hiring us, you accept this processing. If you have restrictions on using your materials in AI tools, you must tell us in writing before the project starts.

7. International data transfers and third-party services

To run our services, we work with the following outside providers, who may access your data as processors acting on our behalf:

All of these providers use internationally recognized data protection mechanisms. By using our services or contacting us through any of these channels, you accept that your data may be processed in the countries listed, under each provider's privacy policy.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, with these guideline periods:

• Inquiries with no project hired: up to 1 year from the last contact
• Hired projects: for the life of the project and up to 2 years after it ends, for support, warranty, and legal compliance
• Tax or legal obligations: the period required by applicable Mexican law

After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized securely.

9. Cookies and tracking technologies

The site atravioai.com may use:

• Essential technical cookies: needed for the site to work. These do not require consent.
• Analytics cookies: to understand how visitors move through the site. If we use them, we will tell you and ask for your consent first.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when needed because of changes in our practices, the law, or the services we offer. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document always shows the current version. If we have an active relationship with you when it changes, we will let you know by email.

14. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, in particular the LFPDPPP and its Regulations. ATRAVIO currently works on projects in Mexico, the United States, and Latin America; it does not take projects aimed mainly at the European market. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico.
